I wouldn't worry, Matt. He's got a bow but he probably shoots as well as you salsa dance. Which I understand is politely described as "atrocious".

| I can shoot a bow like an eagle can use its wings.
Also. Can we get some youtubage of this atrocious dancing?

| I'm going to investigate a way to get the new posts at the top, i'm already tired of scrolling to the bottom with every new post. | |

hmm, got it but this kinda sucks. Maybe I'll just change the topic count from 10 to 5 so you don't have to scroll so far.

| Yeah, this is ugly. Plus it's disorienting for people who are new to the thread. Ever try reading a book backwards? | |

| Actually, I had a teacher who swore that the best way to read a book was to read the last chapter first, then go back and read the whole thing.
I suppose kinda like movies that start at the end of the story.

| I actually wouldn't mind trying it sometime. Probably not on scifi/fantasy, but maybe on a decent fiction novel. | |

| The thing is though... Some books may be written like that in the first place. I recall reading a thriller some time ago that started out at the end, but cut off before the main character's "final decision" and went back to the beginning. It was interesting because as you read the beginning you want the character to do one thing, then you read the history of how everything went down and you end up wanting him to do the opposite.
I wish I could remember what book this was.
Maybe by Harlan Coben?
Not sure... | |
